Benjamin Rensinghoff

Benjamin Rensinghoff began studying Design in Münster with a focus on illustration because he always liked drawing. But over the course of his studies, he also discovered his passion for graphic design. He humorously expresses his distinctive puns through cartoons.
“I used the initiative createPeace to not just use the tablet as I have lately, but to pick up brushes and paint again in an analog way. Still, I wanted to show a dialogic scene, as I also do in my cartoons, but completely without speech bubbles and text.
The resulting work: ‘Where Fox and Hare Say Good Night’, acrylic on canvas (30x40cm).
This German phrase means something like: ‘In the middle of nowhere.’ When I think of this, I don’t think of a place that is lonely or desolate, but of a peaceful place, far away from all worries and fears, where you like to spend time.”
